Pathway for Care is a social care provider that focuses on learning disabilities and autism.
It is part of a joint venture with Fairhome Care PLC. These organisations are rich in experience and have a shared mission: to help people that need support to live the lives they choose.
Traditional models of supporting people are being challenged by unprecedented demand and unaffordable costs. We view this as a real opportunity to deliver innovative, more affordable and personalised supported living services of the highest quality.
We blend the best parts of traditional care, with up-to-date concepts of how services should be delivered in the 21st Century. Our individualised approach to support is combined with a culture that promotes innovation.
We focus on how to fit the best available services and support around the individual and their family, not the other way around.
